Alexander Wood
Prior to joining KIND as Interim Pro Bono Coordinator for Baltimore and Washington, D.C., Alexander worked as a pro bono attorney with KIND for more than a year. He had previously worked as a pro bono attorney with the Tahirih Justice Center in Virginia. His case load included U and T visas, Special Immigrant Juvenile petitions, adjustments of status, and asylum applications. He previously clerked at both the D.C. Superior Court and the D.C. Court of Appeals.
Originally from Australia, Alexander received a B.A. from Vassar College and his J.D. from the American University Washington College of Law, where he was a member of the Human Rights Impact Litigation Clinic and served as Editor-in-Chief of theHuman Rights Brief.
