VOLUNTEER
Volunteer interpreters and translators wanted -- particularly
Spanish
KIND offices* are seeking volunteers to assist with
interpretation and translation in connection with unaccompanied
children's cases. Prior interpreting and translating experience is
not necessary, but you must be fluent in English and another
language; currently the greatest demand is for Spanish. Law
students are especially encouraged to apply. All volunteers must
sign and abide by a strict confidentiality agreement. Volunteer
interpreters may assist in interpreting orally at client
interviews, meetings, and phone calls; or at community outreach
sessions, presentations, or other settings; and with written
