Marathon Oil Supports KIND Houston

KIND is pleased to announce a grant from Marathon Oil to assist KIND-Houston in our efforts to provide legal representation to unaccompanied children.
Marathon Oil, the fourth largest U.S.-based integrated oil company is committed to enriching the communities in which they operate, and their contributions have been remarkable. KIND-Houston Pro Bono Coordinator Victoria Mora says, "They've been wonderful supporters of the Houston office. In addition to monetary grants they worked on several of our cases."
Last year, attorney Luecretia Dillard, whose clients include Marathon Oil, was featured in the Houston Chronicle for her exceptional pro bono work with KIND. "She's awesome!" Mora says. "She's right on top of everything. She has a really big heart and wants to help; she really understands what the kids are going through. She is an amazing individual."
KIND is grateful for Marathon Oil's financial contribution and human investment, and Mora is excited about their support. "As the Houston office has few staff, we really appreciate their effort. They recognize that we do good work. We couldn't do our work without companies like Marathon."
